We clean stores, showrooms and salons after closing so the glass is clear and the floor is clean when you unlock in the morning: storefront windows inside, entry and sales floor, fitting rooms, counters and POS, restrooms and the stockroom. Visits start at $300 for stores under 1,000 sq ft, with weekly maintenance visits from $180.

All questionsWhen do you clean stores?
After hours: after you close, overnight, or on your day off, whatever keeps us out of your way. That can also mean early, before you open. Many stores give us a key or alarm code; we keep that confidential.
How is retail cleaning priced?
Per visit by square footage and frequency, set from your photos and a floor plan or square footage and confirmed in writing, usually the next business day. Under 1,000 sq ft from $300, 1,000–2,500 sq ft from $447, 2,500–5,000 sq ft from $697. Those are one-time prices. Recurring contracts use maintenance-visit pricing: weekly visits from $180 (under 1,000 sq ft), $250 (1,000–2,500 sq ft), $380 (2,500–5,000 sq ft); 2–3 visits a week −10% and daily −15% off the weekly rate.
Do you clean the outside of the windows?
Ground-floor exterior glass, yes, on request and weather permitting. Nothing above the ground floor; that is a window contractor's job.

Can you work around displays and racks?
Yes. We clean around and under what we can safely reach and do not move merchandise or fixtures. Tell us about fragile displays and we note them on the checklist.
What about salons and spas?
Same service with more attention to hair, product residue and shampoo stations. Styling tools and treatment rooms are cleaned per your protocol.
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability, $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, with a Certificate of Insurance on request; your landlord or mall management can be named as additional insured. We are not bonded. You can look up Shining Cleanse LLC on the Washington State business lookup.
What’s included
A store is judged from the sidewalk, so every visit starts with the storefront glass and the entry: doors and windows cleaned inside at hand height where fingerprints live, the entry mat shaken out, the threshold swept. The sales floor is dust-mopped and wet-mopped with the right cleaner for the surface, or vacuumed on carpet, including edges and under fixtures where the dust line shows. Counters, POS surfaces, card readers and display-case glass are wiped, shelving fronts dusted.
Fitting rooms get mirrors, benches, hooks, floors, and the curtains or doors wiped. Restrooms are fully reset, break room and stockroom floors cleaned, trash and recycling taken out. Door handles, light switches and railings are wiped every visit. On a rotation we add vent covers, high dusting and baseboards, and before a seasonal reset or a visual merchandising change we can schedule a longer visit.

As a monthly line (52 weeks ÷ 12), weekly visits of $180, $250 or $380 come to about $780, $1,085 or $1,645 a month.
Prices are set from your photos and floor plan and confirmed in writing. Heavy glass, multiple fitting rooms or carpeted floors can move a store up a tier. Carpet extraction can be added quarterly at $0.25 per sq ft.
What we don’t do
We clean; we do not merchandise, move racks or polish floors. Scratched glass and worn flooring will look clean, not new. We are a two-person team and we take contracts we can do well on the nights we have. If something is missed, text us and we come back the next evening at no charge.
