We clean gyms, yoga and pilates studios, CrossFit boxes and martial arts schools after the last class: every piece of equipment wiped with an EPA-registered disinfectant, locker rooms and showers steamed, mats and floors cleaned by surface, and the drains and grout where locker-room odor starts. Visits start at $387 for studios under 1,500 sq ft. Busy facilities usually need 3–6 visits a week.

Tell us before we leave and we fix it on the spot. If something only shows up later, text within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge.

All questionsWhat do you use on equipment?
An EPA-registered disinfectant safe for vinyl pads and touchscreens, applied and left wet for the label contact time, then wiped. No bleach on pads, which cracks them, and no spray directly onto screens.
How do you handle the locker room smell?
Dry steam at 290°F on tile, grout and shower fixtures to lift the biofilm that holds odor, disinfectant on benches and lockers, drains cleaned and flushed, floors last. Most locker room odor comes from grout and drains, not from the air, so that is where the time goes.
When do you come?
After hours: after you close, overnight, or on your day off, whatever keeps us out of your way. For 24-hour facilities we come in your quietest window.

How often should a gym be cleaned?
Studios with 2–4 classes a day: 3 visits a week with staff wiping between classes. Full gyms with locker rooms: nightly. Boxes and martial arts schools with mats: 3–5 times a week depending on member count.
Can we customize the checklist?
Yes. The checklist is shared and both sides can add or remove items. Members notice mirrors, equipment pads and the showers; we start there and build out.
Are you insured?
Yes: general liability, $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, with a Certificate of Insurance on request. We are not bonded. Shining Cleanse LLC is licensed in each of the ten cities we serve.

Restrooms are fully reset, water fountains and bottle fillers wiped. Reception, retail shelves, waiting areas, door handles and light switches are done every visit. Rubber flooring is mopped with a neutral cleaner so it does not go sticky, hard floors are cleaned by type, carpets are vacuumed. Trash and recycling go out and towel bins are staged for your laundry.

How it works

- Send photos and a floor plan; we ask any questions by text, then send a written scope and per-visit price the next business day.
- First visit is a restorative clean of the locker rooms and equipment; then the schedule starts.
- Monthly invoice, Net 15, or a card on file. 30 days notice to cancel.

Locker rooms and showers move a facility up a tier because steam and grout work is slow. Prices are set from your photos and floor plan and confirmed in writing.
What we don’t claim
A disinfectant does what its label says during its contact time; we do not claim more than that. Old grout stains, rubber flooring that has been cleaned with the wrong product for years, and worn vinyl pads will look better, not new. If members report an area the next day, text us and we re-clean it at no charge.
