Plain-English summary

What we collect: what you give us (name, phone, email, service address, the kind of cleaning you need, photos you send, notes such as pets or gate codes) plus basic web analytics.
What we use it for: quoting, scheduling, confirmations and reminders, billing, and replying to you.
What we do not do: sell your data, share it with marketers, send newsletters you did not ask for, or use it for advertising on other sites.
Who sees it: Yuri and Tatiana, plus the platforms we use (email host, form host, payment processor, SMS provider) under their own privacy obligations.

1. Who we are

Shining Cleanse LLC, a Washington State limited liability company, based in Everett, WA. We provide residential, carpet and commercial cleaning in ten cities across Snohomish and King counties.

2. Information we collect

You give us: name, phone number, email address, service address, type of cleaning, scheduling preferences, photos of rooms or furniture for quotes, payment information, and notes such as pets, allergies, alarm or gate codes.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, used only to understand which pages help people and to detect abuse.

3. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, provide quotes and schedule service.
To send booking confirmations, reminders and, with your consent, SMS notifications.
To process payments and issue invoices.
To send photo reports after a job.
To improve our service based on your feedback.
To comply with legal obligations such as tax and license record-keeping.

4. SMS communications

If you opt in to SMS on our forms, we may text you booking confirmations, quotes, reminders and follow-ups about your job. We do not send marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time. See the SMS Consent Policy.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that run our website, forms, email, SMS and payments; with government authorities when required by law; and with property managers only with your explicit permission (for example, a move-out photo report you ask us to send).

6. Photos

Photos you send for a quote are used only to prepare the quote and plan the job. Before-and-after photos we take are sent to you and kept with your job record. We may use before-and-after photos of surfaces in our marketing without addresses, names or people; if you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.

7. Cookies and analytics

The quote form keeps two small notes in your browser tab (session storage, deleted when you close the tab): the ad tags in the link you arrived from (such as utm_source or Google’s gclid click ID) and the website that sent you. They are sent with your quote request so we know which ad or page brought it. We use these measurement tools:

Cloudflare Web Analytics: counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Google Analytics 4: shows which pages and sources bring visitors. It records pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and events such as sending the quote form, tapping a “text us” or email link, or using the price calculator. It uses cookies. We do not send Google your name, phone, email, address or photos.
Google Ads conversion measurement: tells us when a click on our Google ad led to a quote request, so we can stop paying for ads that do not work. Google may use cookies under its own policies.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tags and Microsoft Clarity, only if we turn them on later: Meta would tell us when an ad led to a quote request; Clarity records anonymized clicks and scrolling (anything typed in our forms is masked).

How to opt out: block or delete cookies in your browser settings; install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; turn off ad personalization at adssettings.google.com (and in your Meta ad preferences). The site and the quote form work the same with cookies blocked. We do not sell personal information.

8. Data retention

Customer records are kept while you are an active client and for seven years after, to meet Washington business and tax record requirements, then securely deleted. Web analytics data is retained 14 months.

9. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold, correction of inaccurate information, deletion (subject to legal record-keeping) and opt-out from any specific communication. Email info@shiningcleanse.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We respond within 30 days.

10. State-specific rights

Residents of California, Virginia and other states with their own consumer privacy laws have additional rights, including to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.

11. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Security

We use HTTPS for all data transmission and limit access to customer data to the two owners. Access codes you give us are stored securely and never shared. If we experience a breach affecting your data, we notify you within 72 hours of discovery.

13. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes are communicated by email to active clients.
