A standard cleaning is a full reset of an already-maintained home: every room dusted, every floor vacuumed and mopped, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned top to bottom. It is priced by work hours at $120 an hour for two cleaners ($60 per person-hour): $240 for a studio or 1 bedroom (4 work hours), $300 for 2 bedrooms and $360 for 3 bedrooms, and the owners, Yuri and Tatiana, do the work themselves.

How long it takes
4–6 work hours (two of us for 2–3 hours), depending on size and condition. We confirm it with the written price.
Re-clean rule
Tell us before we leave and we fix it on the spot. If something only shows up later, text within 24 hours (48 hours with a photo for carpet and upholstery) and we come back and fix it at no charge.

All questionsHow long does a standard house cleaning take?
A studio or 1 bedroom is 4 work hours (two of us for 2 hours), a 2 bedroom 5 work hours and a 3 bedroom 6 work hours (two of us for 3 hours). A home that has not been professionally cleaned in a while usually needs a deep cleaning instead. We confirm the hours and the price in writing before the visit, and if a job needs more time we text you before the time is up and keep going only after your yes. If we finish early, you pay for the hours we actually worked, never less than the $240 minimum.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring the steam cleaner, a vacuum, color-coded microfiber and plant-based products. If you prefer a specific product on a specific surface, leave it out and tell us.
Is standard cleaning the right first booking?
Usually not. A standard clean maintains the level a home is already at; it does not catch up on months of buildup. We recommend one deep cleaning first, then standard or recurring visits to keep it there. If your home is already in good shape, standard is fine.

Do I have to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key code, garage code or lockbox and we lock up after. If you prefer to be home, that works too. Tell us about pets and we plan around them.
Are pets ok during the cleaning?
Yes. Tell us about temperament when you book. For anxious pets, a closed room while the vacuum runs is usually easiest. Heavy shedding is a $42 add-on because it adds time on every floor.
What is the recurring rate?
Recurring visits have a fixed price per visit, not an hourly one. For a studio or 1 bedroom: weekly $270 (about $1,170 a month), every two weeks $290 (about $628 a month) and monthly $320. The more often we come, the less each visit costs. Add $20 per bathroom over one. The price stays the same if a visit runs long, and recurring visits start after a first standard or deep clean.
What’s included
A standard cleaning covers every room you live in. Living areas get dusted from shelves down to reachable baseboards, floors are vacuumed and mopped with the right cleaner for the surface, and trash goes out. In the kitchen we wipe counters, backsplash and the outside of appliances, clean the stovetop and the inside of the microwave, and scrub the sink. Bathrooms get the most time: tub and shower cleaned with dry steam where the surface allows it, the toilet cleaned with red cloths that never touch anything else, mirrors and fixtures polished, floor mopped last.
Bedrooms are made up if linens are left out, nightstands and dressers dusted, floors done. Before we leave, light switches, door handles, banisters and remotes are wiped with an EPA-registered disinfectant used per its label.

- We reply with the hours and the price in writing the same business day (message hours: Mon–Fri 9am–7pm, Sat 9am–5pm). You pay for the hours we actually work: never more than the written price without your yes, never less than the minimum. Finish early, pay less.
- On the day, we arrive at the agreed time and text 30 minutes before. We bring everything.
- Walk-through together at the end, or photos by text if you were out. Pay by card or Zelle on completion. No deposit for residential work.

What changes the hours: square footage, how long since the last thorough clean, pets, and the add-ons you pick. If a home described as “standard” turns out to need a deep clean, we tell you before we start and you decide.
What we are upfront about
We clean what we can reach safely from the floor or a step stool, up to about 8 feet. We do not move heavy furniture, climb ladders for exterior windows, or handle biohazard, mold remediation or hoarding-condition cleanouts; we are glad to refer you to specialists for those. If something is not right, tell us before we leave and we fix it on the spot; if you notice it later, text within 24 hours and we come back.
