About us: two owners, one family company
Two owners, one license, no subcontractors
Shining Cleanse LLC is a family-owned cleaning company based in Everett, Washington. We are Yuri and Tatiana, and we do every cleaning ourselves. No subcontractors, no rotating crew. If you book us, we are the two people at your door.
From circuit boards to clean homes
Before Shining Cleanse, Yuri spent five years as a railway-automation technician. He repaired circuit boards and calibrated signal-control modules, where a 0.1 mm error meant a delayed train. That job left two habits: look at the small things, and check instead of assuming.
Cleaning needs the same habits. A missed spot is usually a spot nobody looked at twice. So we start with edges and corners, check the underside of the desk edge and the inside of the door glass, and walk through each bathroom a second time.
Tatiana runs the home side: how each visit is planned, and the last look at every room before we call it done.
Our experience
We have cleaned hotel rooms since 2023 and homes since 2024. Hotel work taught us to clean fast against a checklist, because a room is either ready on time or it isn’t. Homes taught us the rest. Every client wants something a little different, so we write it down.
Why we built it this way
We moved to Washington in early 2024 and decided to keep the company small. We want to know every house and office we clean: which products work on your counters, which room the dog hides in, where the trash bags live. The second visit should go better than the first.
In 2026 we added carpet and upholstery cleaning because our house cleaning clients kept asking, and we started working with property managers and short-term rental hosts. We still do every job ourselves.
How we work, in facts
We own the company and do the work, start to finish. Nobody else is sent in our place.
We use dry steam at 290°F on grout, fixtures and stovetops, plant-based and EPA Safer Choice products, and fragrance-free products on request.
We reply in writing, by text or email. If a stain won’t come out, or a job needs more time than we wrote, we tell you before we go on.
Licensed, insured and on the record
- Shining Cleanse LLC, a registered Washington limited liability company. Search the business name on the Washington Department of Revenue business lookup.
- City business licenses in Mukilteo, Lynnwood, Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, Kenmore, Woodinville, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace and Lake Stevens.
- General liability insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. We are not bonded. Property managers, HOAs and building admins can get a Certificate of Insurance on request, with an additional insured endorsement where required.
- Office in Everett, WA. We clean in the ten cities above.

Hours and contact
We reply to messages Monday to Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday 9am–5pm. We don’t book home cleaning on Sundays. Businesses are cleaned after hours: after you close, overnight, or on your day off.
