SMS Communications Consent

Effective: October 2026. How we use text messaging to keep your quote and booking on track.

1. What you are agreeing to

When you check the SMS consent box on any of our forms (quote, booking, contact, commercial), you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Shining Cleanse LLC at the phone number you provided. This consent covers service-related messages only.

2. Types of messages we send

  • Quote responses with the price for the job you described
  • Booking confirmations when we receive your request and when the date is set
  • Reminders the day before your scheduled cleaning
  • Day-of updates, such as on the way, about 30 minutes before arrival
  • Photo reports after carpet, move-out and turnover jobs
  • Follow-ups to make sure you are satisfied
  • Schedule changes if we need to reschedule or to confirm your reschedule request
  • A single request for a review about a week after a job, sent to every client the same way

We do not send promotional or marketing texts, newsletters or sales offers.

3. Frequency

Message frequency varies with your booking activity. A typical client receives 3–6 messages per cleaning: confirmation, reminder, on the way, follow-up.

4. Costs

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Shining Cleanse LLC does not charge for SMS messages.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We send one final confirmation that you are unsubscribed and do not text you again unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a booking; please email or call to do that. Reply HELP for instructions.

6. How to opt back in

Text START to (425) 539-5492, or check the consent box again on any of our forms.

7. Your number, your data

We use your phone number only for the messages listed above and for booking-related messages. We do not sell, rent or share your number with marketers or any third party outside the providers that deliver our messages. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We send from a registered business number in line with CTIA guidelines.

9. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to consent to SMS communications and must have authority over the phone number you provide.

10. Compliance

Shining Cleanse LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations. Your consent is express, written and revocable at any time. We keep records of consent for the period required by law.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are communicated by SMS or email to active subscribers.
