    How is your pricing structured?

    One-time home cleaning is priced by work hours: $120 an hour for the two of us ($60 per person-hour), confirmed in writing before the visit. One-time minimum 4 work hours ($240). Recurring visits have a fixed price per visit. Standard house cleaning (first visit) $240 for a studio or 1 bedroom, $300 for 2 bedrooms, $360 for 3 bedrooms; deep cleaning from $300; move-in/move-out from $360; recurring visits $270 weekly, $290 every two weeks, $320 monthly for a studio or 1 bedroom (+$20 per bathroom over one). Carpet from $82 per room with a $220 minimum, sofa $169, loveseat $129. Commercial from $300 per visit. Add-ons are flat-rate and listed on the pricing page.

    Do I pay before or after the cleaning?

    After. We do not take deposits for residential or carpet work. You pay on site when the job is done, by card or Zelle. Commercial accounts and property managers are invoiced monthly, Net 15, and pay by Zelle or card.

    Who actually does the cleaning?

    The owners, Yuri and Tatiana. We do every job ourselves: no subcontractors, no rotating crews, no team you have never met. The same owners show up every time.

    What if I am not happy with the cleaning?

    Tell us before we leave and we fix it on the spot. If something only becomes obvious later, text within 24 hours (48 hours with a photo for carpet and upholstery) and we come back and fix it at no charge.

    What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

    Standard is maintenance for a home already in good shape: surfaces, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, trash. Deep adds baseboards, door frames, inside cabinets, behind movable appliances, vents, light fixtures, bathroom scale removal and wall spot-cleaning, roughly twice the time. If your home has not had a deep clean in a while, we usually suggest one first, then standard or recurring visits. If it is already kept up, standard is enough.

      Shining Cleanse is a family-owned cleaning company based in Everett, Washington. We are two owners, Yuri and Tatiana, and we do every job ourselves: house cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and after-hours commercial cleaning across ten licensed cities in Snohomish and King County.

      What we do

      One-time house cleaning is priced by work hours at $120 an hour for the two of us ($60 per person-hour).       Carpet and upholstery: hot water extraction from $82 per room, $220 minimum visit ($180 for upholstery only), 3 rooms $220. Sofa $169, loveseat $129. Pet odor treatment, move-out carpet packages with a photo report, after-hours carpet cleaning for offices. Written all-in price from your photos.

      For businesses we clean offices (from $300 per visit), medical and dental, daycares, restaurants and cafes, gyms, retail. After hours, COI on request, Net 15, weekly office maintenance visits from $180. Turnover and common-area programs for property managers, and turnovers for short-term rental hosts.

      How we work

      • We do the work ourselves. No subcontractors, no rotating crew: the same two people at your door every time.
      • Finish early, pay less. One-time home cleaning is billed by the hours we actually work, never less than the $240 minimum and never more than the written price unless you say yes. Recurring visits have a fixed price per visit that stays the same if a visit runs long. Carpet and upholstery prices are flat: the written price is what you pay. Add-ons are flat-rate and listed.
      • Dry steam at 290°F at the nozzle on grout, fixtures and stovetops; plant-based and EPA Safer Choice products everywhere else; fragrance-free on request.
      • Most stains come out; old and set-in stains may not. Worn carpet will look clean, not new. We say which is which before we start.
      • Quotes, booking, reminders, photo reports and questions all go by text or email, so you never have to catch us on the phone.
      • Insured for $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability. We are not bonded.

      Meet the owners

      We’re Yuri and Tatiana. Before this, Yuri spent five years as a railway-automation technician, where a small error meant a delayed train, and he still checks everything twice. Tatiana runs the home side: how each visit is planned and the last look at every room. We started Shining Cleanse after moving to Washington and kept it small on purpose, so we know every space we clean. Read our story.
