Recurring cleaning is a maintenance visit on a fixed schedule at a fixed price per visit, weekly from $270, every two weeks from $290 or monthly from $320 for a studio or 1 bedroom, after your home has had one deep or standard clean. The more often we come, the less each visit costs. The same owners come every time, keep a checklist of your preferences, and you can skip a visit with 24 hours notice at no charge.

How long it takes
Fixed price per visit, depending on size and condition. We confirm it with the written price.
Re-clean rule
Tell us before we leave and we fix it on the spot. If something only shows up later, text within 24 hours (48 hours with a photo for carpet and upholstery) and we come back and fix it at no charge.

At a fixed price per visit by home size, not by the hour. For a studio or 1 bedroom it is $270 weekly, $290 every two weeks or $320 monthly; +$20 per bathroom over one. The price stays the same if a visit runs long. If the home is far messier than usual (a party, a renovation), we text you first and agree any extra before the visit, only after your yes.
Do I have to start with a deep cleaning?
We usually suggest it. Recurring visits maintain a level; they do not catch up. If your home is already in good shape, a standard cleaning is enough as a first visit.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Yes, with 24 hours notice, no charge. If you cancel the same day, we may charge a 50% holding fee, because we kept that slot for you.

Is there a contract?
No contract for residential recurring service. You pay after each visit, and you can pause or stop any time with a text.
Do you need a key?
Most recurring clients give us a door code, garage code or lockbox combination. We keep that information private and never share it. You are welcome to be home instead.
What about monthly visits?
Monthly visits cost a little more per visit than weekly or every-two-weeks visits, from $320 for a studio or 1 bedroom, because a month of buildup takes longer to clean. They still cost the least per month.
What’s included
Every recurring visit runs the full standard checklist: dusting in every room, floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen counters, stovetop, microwave interior and sink, every bathroom cleaned with steam and dedicated cloths, trash out, beds made if linens are left out, switches and handles wiped. We also add one rotating extra per visit, such as a set of baseboards, a vent cover or the inside of the microwave, so over a few months those extras add up.
Because the same owners come every time, we keep your preferences on file: the product that works on your granite, the room that stays closed, when the dog gets nervous, where the recycling goes. You don’t have to repeat yourself.

How it works
- Text (425) 539-5492 or send the form: city, bedrooms and bathrooms, weekly or bi-weekly, preferred day. We reply the same business day, Mon–Fri 9am–7pm, Sat 9am–5pm.
- First visit is a deep clean (recommended) or a standard clean. We note everything we learn about your home.
- From the second visit you pay the recurring rate. We auto-schedule the next date and text a reminder the day before.
- Pay by card or Zelle after each visit. Skip or move a visit with 24 hours notice.

Add $20 per bathroom over one. Homes with 5 or more bedrooms are quoted in writing. A month here is 52 weeks divided by 12 for weekly visits and 26 visits divided by 12 for every two weeks.
Recurring visits are not billed by the hour. The price per visit is fixed: it stays the same if a visit runs long. If the home is far messier than usual (a party, a renovation), we text you first and agree any extra before the visit, only after your yes. One-time cleans are different: they are priced by work hours, $120 an hour for the two of us ($60 per person-hour), see the hourly packages. Add-ons stay flat-rate: fridge $56, oven $56, interior windows $86, laundry $46, balcony $56, garage $106, carpet extraction $59 per room (minimum two rooms), heavy pet hair $42. You can add any of them to a single visit by text.
Why the same owners matter
We clean a house we already know. We remember which surfaces are sensitive, which closet door sticks, where the fragile things are. That only works because we don’t subcontract or send staff you haven’t met.
Limits we are upfront about
Recurring visits are maintenance visits. If the home has had a big event, a renovation or a long gap between visits, tell us and we will quote a longer visit for that date rather than rushing the standard one. We do not do hoarding cleanouts, biohazard or exterior work above 8 feet.
